Product Manager

Role overview A high-leverage product manager role owning a Shared Services vertical that supplies the foundational capabilities every other product area depends on within a regulated stablecoin infrastructure platform. The position sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and compliance, turning ambiguous, compliance-heavy problems into clear, sequenced, shippable work. The role carries real ownership from week one and may be elevated to Senior PM based on candidate strength and interview performance.

Responsibilities - Map the vertical's surface area, identify delivery risk concentration, and own the roadmap end to end with themes, sequencing, milestones, and compliance checkpoints - Run a predictable operating rhythm covering planning, triage, risk tracking, and stakeholder updates that engineering and compliance rely on - Drive requirements and delivery across several concurrent regulated workstreams while holding a consistent quality bar - Partner with compliance to define and track checkpoints that keep flows defensible without stalling delivery - Keep stakeholders across verticals current on status, risks, and tradeoffs for items that gate their commitments - Build instrumentation and feedback loops that make prioritization and compliance tracking repeatable rather than ad hoc - Anticipate upcoming regulatory and customer obligations and get ahead of them in the roadmap

Requirements - Background in fintech, compliance, or risk (no prior stablecoin experience required) - Demonstrated ability to turn open-ended compliance obligations such as identity and due-diligence flows, third-party risk controls, regulatory reporting, and travel-rule requirements into clear, shippable product work - Skill sequencing heavily loaded verticals so the highest-gating items land first - Clear reasoning about complex infrastructure including issuance, custody, settlement, and on-chain movement to make sound product tradeoffs - Ability to maintain a reliable triage and requirements cadence under heavy, shifting workloads - Comfort creating clarity from ambiguity when obligations are incomplete or customer needs conflict
