ServiceNow Developer

Role overview A global consulting firm is hiring a ServiceNow Developer to join its Operational Excellence team and drive digital transformation across its technology and cyber function. The role partners with the ServiceNow Centre of Excellence and stakeholders across the business to design, configure, and continuously improve the platform. The position is remote within the United Kingdom; candidates must already have the right to work there.

Responsibilities - Design, configure, test, and support the ServiceNow platform following a configuration-first, customization-last model - Build flows and integrations in Workflow Studio and maintain integrations across the Service Graph - Operate and evolve the existing estate including CSM, ITSM, FCM, WSD, and adjacent applications - Define, document, and implement technical requirements in collaboration with stakeholders - Partner with the Head of Operational Excellence to shape roadmap priorities and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements - Demonstrated experience as a ServiceNow engineer or developer in an enterprise environment - Working knowledge of ITSM, CSM, FCM, WSD, or comparable ServiceNow modules - Hands-on experience with Workflow Studio flows, integrations, and Service Graph - Ability to translate business problems into clear technical requirements and platform solutions - Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical audiences
