About this role
Role overview A senior, high-impact product leadership role shaping the strategy and roadmap for a multi-exabyte, S3-compatible cloud object storage platform that powers AI and traditional workloads at a fraction of incumbent hyperscaler pricing. The position owns the full product lifecycle from discovery through delivery, partnering closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to translate customer pain into shipped capabilities.
Responsibilities - Define and drive product strategy and roadmap, taking initiatives from discovery through launch and ongoing iteration. - Lead end-to-end product development, including new feature discovery, MVP definition, and delivery execution. - Synthesize inputs from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders across R&D, UX, cost optimization, and technical debt to inform prioritization. - Convert complex customer and market problems into clear, actionable product requirements in collaboration with design, engineering, and GTM counterparts. - Partner with product marketing on launches, positioning, and adoption of new products and features. - Act as a subject matter expert, presenting to customers, prospects, partners, and internal audiences. - Define and track product KPIs, using data to guide iteration and growth decisions. - Maintain a deep read on the object storage market, customer use cases, and competitive offerings to surface new opportunities and protect market leadership.
Requirements - 8+ years of product management experience in technology businesses, preferably on IaaS and/or SaaS offerings. - Demonstrated success launching and scaling technical products or platforms in high-growth, cross-functional environments. - Strong understanding of cloud architecture, APIs, and security and compliance considerations. - Proven ability to own roadmaps, define MVPs, and drive the complete product life cycle. - Strategic mindset with the skill to translate market trends, customer needs, and technical innovation into a clear vision and actionable plan. - Deep customer empathy, outstanding written and verbal communication, and a collaborative leadership style. - Track record of applying data and metrics to inform product decisions and measure success.
Nice to have - Hands-on familiarity with hyperscale and neocloud providers such as AWS, Azure, GCP, GPU clouds, and CDNs. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - MBA. - Application development or programming experience. - Experience applying generative AI to solution prototyping or agentic workflows.
