About this role
Role overview A Product Manager II will own a software initiative that improves internal communication and streamlines operational workflows within a healthcare workforce solutions organization. The role partners closely with internal end users and a scrum team to translate complex, technical roadmaps into iterative software releases that deliver measurable value.
Responsibilities - Drive ongoing development of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for an internal application. - Lead discovery with business leaders, end users, design, and technical team members to shape solutions with quantifiable impact. - Coordinate cross-functional collaboration that takes product concepts from idea to market launch. - Engage stakeholders to align on shared impact objectives, surface business goals, and manage expectations. - Use approved AI tools responsibly to improve research, analysis, documentation, and other product management work, and help shape AI-enabled features as the platform evolves. - Support the Production Support team by analyzing escalated issues.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - Three or more years of product management experience with internal or enterprise applications. - Working knowledge of modern product discovery and delivery techniques. - Hands-on experience using AI tools for core product management tasks such as research, analysis, requirements, and documentation. - Demonstrated ability to collaborate constructively with engineers, designers, and senior leaders. - Strong verbal and written communication, presentation skills, initiative, and the ability to influence across functions.
Nice to have - Experience defining or designing AI-enabled product features.
