Deployment Enablment Manager
Job details
About this role
Role overview Run day-to-day program management for a large network infrastructure deployment, serving as the central coordination point for vendors and cross-functional teams. The role is hands-on: building schedules and operating routines, resolving blockers, managing risks, and helping the program move from an evolving effort to a repeatable deployment model.
Responsibilities - Own end-to-end planning, workback schedules, risk and issue trackers, and scenario analyses for deployment sites. - Run the core meeting cadence, vendor syncs, leadership updates, and site standups as deployment needs require. - Coordinate commitments across deployment, operations, suppliers, logistics, equipment, and site readiness teams. - Follow up directly on shipments, manufacturing, training, and field execution dependencies to unblock work. - Surface site risks and escalations early, including material shortages, logistics gaps, and space or power readiness concerns; drive mitigations to closure. - Keep program dashboards current, report progress using concise data-led updates, and turn retrospectives into improved templates and routines.
Requirements - Strong understanding of network or optical infrastructure deployment, including fiber, network migration, equipment delivery, and site readiness work. - Experience coordinating complex programs with engineering teams, external partners, vendors, and competing dependencies. - Ability to interpret network designs or deployment trackers, or learn these quickly. - Proficiency with project management and dashboard tools, along with data modeling and scenario analysis. - Hands-on familiarity with large language model platforms or agentic AI tools. - Strong communication, escalation, follow-through, and cross-functional coordination skills.
Nice to have - Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience, including substantial network or data center deployment work. - PMP, CDCP, CAPM, CSM, BICSI, fiber optic, or related certification.
Benefits and work setup Travel to data center and colocation sites is expected at roughly 25–40%. The role may require flexibility outside standard hours during critical milestones, including daily standups during peak periods. The listing describes health coverage, retirement savings, paid time off and holidays, wellness support, and professional development benefits.
