Role overview
Develop and maintain data hall layouts and supporting infrastructure designs for moderately complex projects. The role works with limited supervision across several assignments, contributes to implementation and operational improvements, and helps ensure designs are well documented and aligned with applicable standards.
Responsibilities
- Create and update data hall layouts, rack elevations, cable routes, and power and space plans. - Assess existing infrastructure and recommend improvements to efficiency and scalability. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams during design implementation and deployment. - Identify design conflicts, help resolve issues, and support project milestones. - Maintain compliant design documentation and contribute to process improvements and technical standards. - Assist with mentoring junior engineers and reviewing straightforward design work.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of data center infrastructure and design standards. - Two to four years of relevant experience in data center or telecommunications infrastructure. - Proficiency with AutoCAD and infrastructure documentation. - Clear communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to manage concurrent moderate-complexity assignments with limited supervision.

- Listed base salary range: $85,120–$134,400 USD; placement depends on job-related factors.
