Role overview
This senior creative role centers on producing direct-response advertising for paid social platforms, with a strong emphasis on performance outcomes. The work blends hands-on editing, motion and sound design, AI-assisted production, and data-driven iteration to build ads that capture attention, hold viewers, and convert.
Responsibilities
- Produce a high volume of video and static ads for Meta and other paid social channels, maintaining quality while meeting testing cadence. - Transform UGC, raw footage, product B-roll, AI-generated assets, and creative briefs into platform-native advertising. - Build multiple variations per concept to test hooks, angles, messaging, visuals, and formats side by side. - Engineer strong openings using pattern interrupts, punch-ins, dynamic cuts, fast pacing, and strategic B-roll. - Apply motion graphics, dynamic typography, VFX, compositing, motion tracking, masking, keying, and screen replacements to elevate performance. - Design sound with music, risers, impacts, transitions, SFX, and AI-generated voice or audio. - Analyze hook rate, hold rate, outbound CTR, CPA, retention, and conversion data to diagnose issues and iterate. - Research ad libraries, competitor creative, and emerging formats to surface new hooks, edits, and UGC approaches before they saturate. - Use AI tools across video, image, voice, audio, research, and asset creation to expand creative variety and testing capacity.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience editing performance and direct-response ads for DTC or e-commerce brands. - Strong command of motion design, VFX, compositing, and sound design techniques. - Demonstrated ability to build high-retention hooks and platform-native pacing. - Comfort reading performance metrics and translating them into concrete creative changes. - Experience producing large volumes of creative variations on tight timelines. - Working knowledge of AI tools for video, image, voice, and audio generation.
