Senior GTM AI Engineer

Role overview

This is a senior software engineering role embedded inside the revenue organization of a voice AI platform that processes audio at massive scale. As the first hire of its kind, the engineer will build the pipelines, internal tools, and AI agents that shape how the company identifies prospects, reaches them, and equips its sellers with actionable insights. The position is remote and based in North America.

Responsibilities

- Design and build data pipelines, internal tools, and AI agents that power go-to-market operations - Develop systems that score and prioritize target accounts and surface relevant signals to revenue teams - Engineer automation that determines which companies to pursue and how to engage them - Translate sales motion and revenue strategy into scalable, production-grade software - Ship and maintain services that operate against one of the larger voice inference footprints in the industry

Requirements

- Senior-level software engineering background, ideally with experience inside a revenue, GTM, or sales engineering function - Strong production skills in building pipelines, internal tools, and LLM- or agent-driven systems - Comfort operating as a first or early hire on a new function with high ownership expectations - Track record of shipping software that runs at meaningful scale - Practical fluency with modern AI tools applied to real engineering work

Nice to have

- Prior experience building AI-driven sales, marketing, or revenue operations tooling - Familiarity with voice, speech, or other large-scale ML model deployment - Experience working inside a lean team without heavy process or approval layers
