Agentic Engineer

Role overview Build an AI-agent workflow that connects finance and operating data with the tools used by a client’s teams. The role combines data modeling, secure system integration, and development of reusable agent skills, delivered alongside a process consultant and the client’s product owner. It also includes training the client’s internal owner and handing over documented solutions they can maintain.

Responsibilities - Model entities and ownership across finance data, define consistent KPI calculations, and resolve data quality and reconciliation issues. - Connect an AI assistant to ERP, data, analytics, and work-management platforms through existing or custom MCP servers. - Build and version skills for workflows such as consolidation checks, deadline tracking, investment reporting, and task updates. - Plan delivery with the client’s product owner through discovery, pilot work, short sprints, and demonstrations. - Apply access controls, read-first connections, approval for write actions, and audit logging; account for model and subscription costs through budgets, routing, and caching. - Test and document the solution, train the client’s internal owner, and prepare them to operate and extend it.

Requirements - At least 5 years of hands-on experience modeling and querying finance data across multiple legal entities in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, or a comparable platform. - Experience working with ERP data such as Business Central or Dynamics 365, including APIs, tables, and reconciliation. - Strong Python or TypeScript and SQL skills, with the ability to build connectors, data checks, and calculation scripts. - Experience integrating systems securely using OAuth, least-privilege access, and logging. - Hands-on experience with Claude beyond chat, such as Skills, Projects, MCP connections, the Agent SDK, or Claude Code. - Strong English and working Spanish, with the ability to explain designs to non-technical leaders and train an internal owner.

Nice to have - Production experience with LLM tools or custom MCP servers, agent evaluation, and AI cost control. - Background in consolidation, investment, portfolio, wealth management, private banking, or fund administration data. - Familiarity with Microsoft certifications, Power Automate, Logic Apps, or the monday.com GraphQL API. - Experience applying GDPR or other data protection practices by design.
