Senior Full-Stack Developer (m/w/d)

Role overview Build a new, business-critical enterprise web application for use in clinical environments. You will shape its architecture and implementation, working closely with technical and product leaders while helping a small team deliver secure, reliable software.

Responsibilities - Design and build a modern frontend and scalable Python backend, including clear API interfaces. - Integrate enterprise systems and identity services, maintaining secure, consistent data flows across them. - Prepare and support deployments to customer-managed Kubernetes environments. - Own delivery pipelines and monitoring, and help define testing practices and coding standards. - Mentor teammates through hands-on collaboration and thorough code reviews. - Advise technical and product leaders on feasibility, risks, and delivery timelines.

Requirements - Strong Python skills and experience with modern web frameworks; substantial personal projects can demonstrate this expertise. - Production experience operating Kubernetes. - Understanding of software architecture patterns and REST API design. - Ability to work through complex system requirements and make sound technical decisions. - English proficiency sufficient for day-to-day collaboration; German is not required.

Nice to have - Experience with React or other modern frontend frameworks and CSS architecture. - Familiarity with CI/CD systems, relational databases, and caching or messaging tools such as Redis, RabbitMQ, or Kafka. - Experience integrating enterprise platforms and identity systems such as LDAP or OIDC.
