Responsibilities - Design, build, and deploy end-to-end machine learning solutions, spanning data acquisition, feature engineering, training, and production monitoring. - Partner with analysts, product managers, and engineers to translate business problems into data science frameworks and measurable outcomes. - Engineer complex features from large-scale datasets to lift model accuracy and business impact, while championing data quality and integrity standards. - Monitor deployed models for concept drift, data quality degradation, and performance bottlenecks, and address issues proactively. - Provide technical leadership on statistical modeling, machine learning, and advanced analytics applied to complex business problems. - Document and present methodologies and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and mentor junior scientists through code reviews and design discussions.

Requirements - Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field. - Strong Python for data science skills, including pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, and PySpark. - Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud data platform such as Google Cloud, AWS, Azure, or Databricks. - Familiarity with data warehousing and database tools like PostgreSQL, SQL Server, BigQuery, or Snowflake. - Practical experience with supervised and unsupervised learning models, plus MLOps tooling such as MLflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI, or Databricks, and Git-based version control. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills, fluent English for an international environment, and a collaborative, curious, entrepreneurial mindset.

Nice to have - Experience with a deep learning framework such as PyTorch or TensorFlow/Keras.
