Data Scientist - Fluent English

Role overview A data science role within a data and consulting practice that helps clients turn large datasets and AI into measurable business value. The position is based in Brazil under a fully remote, "Free Office" model and requires fluent English for collaboration across international teams.

Responsibilities - Partner with consultants, data scientists, and engineers to identify client needs and design innovative data-driven solutions. - Contribute across the full project value chain, including data collection, processing, exploratory analysis, machine learning modeling, and putting models into production. - Collaborate inside a knowledge-sharing team, learning from peers and contributing back through updates on industry news and methods. - Help design, implement, and optimize analytical solutions, with senior scientists available for guidance on performance and scalability. - Translate technical concepts into language that business-oriented colleagues can understand and act on. - Manage own priorities, meet deadlines, and flag risks or blockers proactively.

Requirements - Completed undergraduate degree in data science, machine learning, mathematics, computer science, statistics, engineering, economics, or a related field. - Some foundational knowledge of statistics and programming in Python or R. - Comfort communicating in fluent English within an international work environment. - Curiosity for innovative client solutions and willingness to engage across the entire delivery chain. - Collaborative mindset with active interest in sharing knowledge across the team. - Entrepreneurial drive to propose new ideas and approaches.
