Field Application Engineer IP&E

Role overview

Lead technical work across customer projects involving interconnect, electromechanical, passive, and power supply components. You will connect customers, suppliers, and sales teams, helping shape designs and build business through technical guidance and strategic project support.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate technical projects and act as a point of contact among customers, suppliers, and sales colleagues. - Help customers incorporate relevant component technologies into their designs. - Build customer and supplier relationships through technical initiatives and programs. - Develop plans around supplier product lines, technologies, and customer solutions. - Identify and pursue project opportunities with strategic customers. - Provide technical consulting to support sales and attend supplier training.

Requirements

- Around five years of experience with electronic products or technologies. - Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or comparable education or professional experience. - Familiarity with the electronics market in Poland and knowledge of interconnect, electromechanical, and passive products. - Experience serving as a technical contact, with strong communication, persuasion, customer service, and negotiation skills. - Polish and English proficiency, residence in Poland, and willingness to travel regionally.
