Senior Systems Engineer

Role overview

Own the engineering of endpoint platforms and services that help employees and development teams work securely and reliably. Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain endpoint management services for Windows and macOS devices. - Manage device lifecycles from provisioning and configuration through ongoing maintenance and retirement. - Improve software packaging, deployment, patching, compliance, and application delivery. - Automate setup and operational workflows to make device support more consistent and scalable. - Partner with security, infrastructure, application, and support teams to balance protection with usability and development needs. - Lead complex escalations and technical projects, from requirements and design through implementation, documentation, and handoff.

Requirements

- Strong experience engineering and supporting enterprise endpoint environments. - Ability to own complex technical problems and translate user and business needs into practical solutions. - Experience with Windows and macOS device management, configuration, compliance, or application delivery. - Skills in automation and tooling that improve reliability and reduce manual support work. - Clear communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to mentor engineers and lead projects.

Nice to have

- Experience with application virtualization, virtual desktops, remote workstations, privileged access, or certificate management. - Familiarity integrating endpoint services with identity, security, IT service management, or asset systems. - Experience with infrastructure as code, configuration management, continuous integration, or globally distributed teams.
