Requirements - A bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. - At least five years of professional software development experience, including substantial experience with C# and .NET. - At least three years of people management experience in a technical field. - A record of delivering complex software projects with distributed or remote teams across the software lifecycle. - Working knowledge of architecture, secure coding, software design, scalability, and cloud-hosted development. - Ability to coach engineers, identify root causes, challenge technical assumptions constructively, and connect engineering work to business outcomes. - Strong written and verbal communication, including effective asynchronous collaboration.
Nice to have - Financial industry experience. - Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or GCP; CI/CD and Agile practices; and AI-assisted development tools.
Benefits and work setup - Benefits include paid time off and holidays, medical, dental and vision coverage, a matched retirement plan, professional development opportunities, and paid volunteer opportunities. - The role is primarily office-based.
