Role overview Serve as the strategic partner for enterprise clients across EMEA using an AI-powered content experience platform designed for mobile apps and websites. The role blends customer success, content strategy, and account management to help global brands maximize engagement, retention, and conversion through interactive in-app formats. Daily work spans demoing to multinational brands, designing content strategies, analyzing performance, and driving renewals.
Responsibilities - Drive churn toward zero across a portfolio of customer accounts through proactive engagement and value demonstration. - Design and deliver custom product demonstrations and proof-of-concept slide decks tailored to prospect needs. - Own end-to-end account management, from onboarding follow-ups through custom problem solving and renewals. - Proactively reach out to new sign-ups to accelerate adoption and product engagement. - Research, curate, and create alternative best-practice use cases for current and prospective customers. - Triage and respond to inbound requests through support chat tools, routing bugs and feature requests internally. - Analyze customer performance using analytics platforms and translate findings into actionable recommendations. - Represent the platform at relevant industry events and visit customers in person when beneficial.
Requirements - At least 2 years of experience in customer success and customer onboarding. - At least 2 years working at a mobile measurement partner, mobile engagement analytics vendor, or within an e-commerce retail app in a customer success capacity. - Demonstrated experience improving in-app user engagement on mobile apps. - Mobile tech fluency: ability to explain SDKs, APIs, engagement metrics, user segmentation, and mobile OS limitations. - Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with tools such as Braze, CleverTap, Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel, and Amplitude. - Native-level written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew. - Strong organizational skills with proactive planning and attention to detail.
Nice to have - Experience with mobile CRM, analytical, or engagement tooling. - Background in marketing or branding campaigns, including strategy roles at creative agencies. - Domain experience in e-commerce, finance, utilities, or loyalty programs.
