About this role
Role overview A customer-facing technical role partnering with enterprise sales teams to drive technical wins across the deal cycle. The position connects business automation to physical device and supply-chain workflows, helping organizations run device lifecycle operations at scale from onboarding through offboarding. It blends pre-sales discovery, solution design, and technical enablement across US and European regions.
Responsibilities - Act as the technical owner on enterprise opportunities, leading qualification, technical evaluation, and helping the sales team hit quarterly revenue targets. - Lead discovery sessions mapping current-state IT, device lifecycle, MDM, identity, procurement, and remote-work operations, surfacing success criteria, constraints, integrations, and security or compliance requirements. - Support structured sales methodology adoption by contributing metrics, ROI modeling, technical-champion development, decision criteria, process mapping, and pain documentation. - Deliver value-based product demonstrations, both standard and customized, to mixed audiences ranging from IT operators to executive stakeholders, and respond to technical objections, security questionnaires, RFPs/RFIs, and architecture reviews. - Configure and troubleshoot integrations and automation across APIs, identity systems, ITSM, MDM, and workflow tools, then document requirements and hand off cleanly to implementation and customer success teams. - Relay customer and competitive insight back to product and engineering, and enable sales, partners, and marketing with demo environments, objection handling, and reusable technical assets.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; relevant skills or work history may substitute for a degree. - Three or more years in solutions consulting, sales engineering, or another customer-facing technical role. - Hands-on experience with a structured sales framework such as MEDDIC or Value Selling. - Strong IT or software background with the ability to ramp quickly on end-user computing topics including laptop configuration, MDM, imaging, compliance, and Apple and Windows device management. - Experience with integrations, APIs, and automation; familiarity with webhooks, MDM, and identity protocols such as SSO, SAML, or OAuth is a plus. - Practical AI fluency, including the ability to evaluate use cases, review model output, explain limits, and design human-in-the-loop workflows; exposure to LLM tools, agents, or AI-assisted workflows is a plus. - Direct experience engaging enterprise B2B SaaS buyers on discovery, solution design, and technical evaluation, with strong written and verbal communication that can go deep with IT and stay crisp with executives. - Comfort collaborating across a distributed team spanning the US and Europe.
