Client Experience Associate

Role overview This is a remote client experience role focused on handling inbound communications for a portfolio of small and mid-sized business clients. The work centers on live answering services, lead capture, appointment scheduling, message taking, and live chat support, with the opportunity to be trained on more specialized call types such as legal intake and relay calls.

Responsibilities

- Answer inbound phone calls, chats, and messages on behalf of multiple client businesses in a fast-paced, back-to-back call environment - Capture leads, take orders, schedule appointments, and relay messages accurately to clients - Handle a rotating mix of standard answering, outbound follow-up, live chat, relay, appointment setting, and legal intake calls - Meet ongoing performance expectations around call quality, accuracy, ready time, and after-call work - Commit to a full 40-hour schedule with weekend availability during the initial training and development period

Requirements

- Residency in one of the approved states: Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Texas, Utah, Idaho, Tennessee, Missouri, Ohio, or Arizona - Strong verbal and written communication skills with a warm, upbeat phone presence - Ability to stay calm, listen well, and work efficiently under sustained call volume - Demonstrated reliability and consistent on-time attendance for scheduled shifts - Comfort with computers and a minimum typing speed of around 30 WPM - A growth mindset and willingness to learn new call types, tools, and workflows

Nice to have

- Prior experience in customer service, call centers, reception, or sales - Flexibility to occasionally cover holiday shifts or adjusted hours during ramp-up
