This bilingual client experience role centers on delivering inbound support for a portfolio of small and mid-sized business clients from a fully remote, home-based setup. Associates capture leads, process orders, schedule appointments, and relay messages on behalf of client companies, working at a steady, fast tempo where calls frequently queue back-to-back. The position requires residency in specific U.S. states and is open only to fluent English and Spanish speakers.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls from end customers, capturing lead details, processing product orders, and booking appointments on behalf of client businesses - Place outbound follow-up calls as part of an active-response workflow when triggered by incoming messages - Manage a mix of contact channels, including standard answering, live chat, relay interpretation calls, appointment setting, and legal intake conversations - Maintain strong performance against quality, accuracy, ready-time percentage, and after-call work standards - Self-select weekly shift preferences, recognizing that higher performance tiers pick first and flexibility is essential - Cover a minimum of 8 hours each Friday and Saturday for the first 8–12 weeks following training
Requirements
- Full fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish - Demonstrated reliability with consistent show-up rates for every scheduled shift - Active listening ability and a calm, efficient demeanor under sustained call volume - Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM and confidence with everyday computer systems - Current residence in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Texas, Utah, Idaho, Tennessee, Missouri, Ohio, or Arizona - Openness to growth, with willingness to learn new call types, scripts, and tools
