Technical Program Manager, Revenue Operations

Role overview A Technical Program Manager role focused on revenue operations, coordinating the technical programs that keep revenue-generating workflows running smoothly. Responsibilities - Lead cross-functional programs touching revenue systems, pipelines, forecasting, and operational tooling - Align engineering, finance, and go-to-market teams on priorities, dependencies, and delivery milestones - Build and maintain program plans, risk registers, and executive-level status communications - Translate revenue-stakeholder requirements into clear technical workstreams - Identify process gaps and drive improvements that strengthen revenue operations maturity

Requirements - Several years of technical program management experience, ideally with exposure to revenue or sales operations - Proven ability to coordinate across engineering and non-engineering stakeholder groups - Strong program planning, risk management, and execution discipline - Comfort working with operational data, metrics, and structured reporting - Clear written and verbal communication, including executive-level updates

Nice to have - Experience supporting revenue or billing platforms in high-growth technology environments - Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or revenue intelligence tooling
