An applied AI engineering role focused on bringing large language model capabilities into go-to-market workflows such as sales, customer success, and related functions. Responsibilities
- Design and build AI-powered features and internal tools that improve GTM productivity - Prototype quickly, gather feedback from end users, and iterate toward production quality - Partner with commercial stakeholders to identify the highest-leverage AI opportunities - Integrate model capabilities into existing systems with attention to safety and reliability - Share learnings and contribute to broader AI engineering practices across the organization
Requirements
- Professional software engineering experience with modern languages and frameworks - Hands-on experience building applications with large language models or related AI systems - Familiarity with prompt engineering, retrieval, evaluation, and deployment patterns - Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into concrete technical approaches - Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with non-technical partners
Nice to have
- Experience with sales, customer success, or revenue operations workflows - Background building production AI systems at scale
