Senior Product Designer

Role overview

This role calls for a senior product designer to help shape an AI-driven sales platform used by B2B revenue teams. The designer will work closely with the founding team to define visual direction, craft intuitive experiences, and elevate the design culture inside a fast-moving, post-Series A startup with strong product-market fit.

Responsibilities

- Partner with founders and cross-functional teammates to shape product strategy and key design decisions - Lead end-to-end design projects, from user flows and prototypes through high-fidelity visuals - Participate in design critiques and collaborate with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation - Contribute to a design system that supports consistency and craft across the product - Conduct customer conversations and partner with support and sales teams to understand user needs - Help build a design-focused culture and shape processes that prioritize attention to detail

Requirements

- Several years of product design experience in a fast-paced software environment - Strong portfolio demonstrating craft, attention to detail, and shipped work - Ability to simplify complex problems, including experiences where AI capabilities meet human intent - Experience creating prototypes in Figma and comfort with AI-assisted design tools - Track record of collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders - Based within GMT-3 to GMT+3 time zones

Nice to have

- Hands-on coding experience with tools such as VSCode, GitHub, and AI coding assistants - Background designing for B2B or sales-oriented software - Experience building or scaling a design system
