Senior Product Engineer

Role overview Own substantial parts of a production software product, taking features from data model and customer discovery through to interface and release. The work supports operational workflows, with shipped changes reaching users quickly. You’ll collaborate with AI engineers and help other engineers grow through reviews and pairing.

Responsibilities - Build and deliver end-to-end features using TypeScript and React. - Talk with customers to understand their workflows and shape product decisions. - Maintain strong performance, reliability, and code quality across the areas you own. - Work with AI engineers to add assistant-supported workflows to core product modules. - Mentor mid-level engineers through code reviews, pairing, and direct feedback.

Requirements - At least five years building production web applications end to end. - Strong TypeScript and React skills, plus sound relational data modeling knowledge. - Experience taking unclear problems from discovery through delivery. - Clear written communication and comfort making decisions asynchronously. - Ability to collaborate across time zones on a distributed team.

Nice to have - Experience with supply chain, commerce, or operational software. - Work on design systems or complex data-grid interfaces. - Portuguese language skills.
