Software Engineer Senior Consultant I

Role overview Build and support enterprise software that helps legal and compliance teams manage matters, documents, workflows, and reporting. The work spans user interfaces, backend services, integrations, and cloud deployment, with a focus on secure, reliable applications used across business functions.

Responsibilities - Develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack applications, including responsive interfaces and backend services. - Build web features with React and JavaScript or TypeScript, and implement APIs and microservices with Java and Spring Boot. - Connect legal, claims, document, and other enterprise systems through APIs and event-driven integrations. - Support matter management, legal operations, document handling, and compliance workflows. - Work with relational and NoSQL data stores, and help improve data quality and application performance. - Contribute to cloud deployments, containerized services, CI/CD automation, testing, and ongoing operations.

Requirements - Strong full-stack software development experience, including frontend and backend application work. - Hands-on knowledge of React and Java with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservice design. - Experience with databases, data modeling, and enterprise application integrations. - Familiarity with cloud environments and modern delivery practices, including automated builds, testing, and deployment. - Ability to work with partners across technology and business teams to shape and deliver secure solutions.

Nice to have Experience with messaging platforms such as Kafka or Azure Service Bus, Docker and Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
