Software Engineer Senior Consultant I

Role overview Build and support full stack enterprise applications for legal operations, matter and document management, and regulatory processes. The work spans user interfaces, backend services, integrations, and cloud operations, with close collaboration among engineering, legal, compliance, product, architecture, and data teams.

Responsibilities - Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise web applications across the stack. - Build responsive interfaces and reusable components with React and modern web technologies. - Develop secure backend services, REST APIs, and microservices using Java and Spring Boot. - Integrate legal platforms with claims systems, document repositories, and other enterprise applications. - Support workflow automation for legal intake, matter lifecycles, document processing, and compliance needs. - Contribute to cloud deployment, CI/CD, container operations, application security, and performance improvements.

Requirements - Strong full stack software engineering experience, including React, Java, Spring Boot, and API development. - Experience designing maintainable applications and services with attention to testing, security, reliability, and scale. - Familiarity with microservices and event-driven architectures, including messaging platforms such as Kafka or equivalent. - Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases and data modeling. - Knowledge of cloud-native development, containers, and deployment automation. - Ability to work across technical and business teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
