About this role
Role overview A remote Senior UX Designer role based in the US, embedded in a Core Engineering and Platforms group. The focus is on Developer Experience (DevEx), internal engineering tools, and enterprise platform products, with an emphasis on simplifying complex workflows and improving usability, adoption, and satisfaction for technical users.
Responsibilities - Design and refine experiences across engineering platforms, enterprise technology products, and developer-facing tools. - Run UX reviews, conduct customer interviews and discovery sessions, and lead journey mapping and service design workshops. - Build workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and experience concepts that clarify complex technical processes. - Translate Voice of Customer feedback, experience metrics, and research findings into design recommendations and product enhancements. - Partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and UX stakeholders to prioritize improvements and support implementation through design handoff and usability testing. - Contribute to experience strategy, governance, UX best practices, and measurement of user experience success.
Requirements - 5+ years in UX design, product design, service design, or related disciplines, with experience designing complex enterprise applications or platform products. - Strong skills in UX research, usability testing, and customer-centered design, including synthesizing feedback into actionable recommendations. - Ability to simplify complex workflows and work independently across multiple products and stakeholder groups. - Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical audiences. - Comfort balancing strategic thinking with hands-on design execution in a fast-paced setting.
Nice to have - Experience with Developer Experience platforms, engineering productivity tools, cloud, infrastructure, API, or security products. - Designing AI-assisted workflows, copilots, or intelligent user experiences. - Familiarity with NPS, adoption metrics, experience measurement frameworks, and tools such as Mural. - Knowledge of service design methodologies and customer journey frameworks.
