Infrastructure Solutions Engineer Senior Consultant II

Role overview Build and scale infrastructure-as-code capabilities that help engineering teams provision and operate infrastructure through software. This hands-on product engineering role focuses on reusable automation, CI/CD, and self-service platform tools, working across infrastructure and application groups to improve consistency and operational resilience.

Responsibilities - Develop and maintain scalable infrastructure automation across hosted platforms. - Create reusable modules, templates, blueprints, and self-service tools for infrastructure teams. - Build automation using tools such as Ansible, Terraform/OpenTofu, Puppet, Rundeck, and Python. - Design APIs and integrations for infrastructure orchestration, provisioning, and platform services. - Implement CI/CD, testing, security, compliance, and deployment automation. - Work with platform, server, security, networking, and application teams; document practices and support adoption through reference materials and training.

Requirements - Strong expertise in IaC principles, patterns, and engineering practices, with experience building infrastructure automation solutions. - Experience with Ansible, Terraform/OpenTofu, Env0, Puppet, or equivalent platforms. - A software engineering approach to maintainability, testing, version control, and automation. - Experience with CI/CD for infrastructure and Git-based development, including branching, pull requests, and code review. - Understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, security, identity, and platform services. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to influence teams and contribute through pair programming.

Nice to have Experience integrating LLMs, MCPs, AI agents, Copilot technologies, or workflow automation into infrastructure engineering. Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering, specification-driven design, and responsible AI controls is also relevant.
