Strategic Program Manager, PMO

Role overview Drive operational transformation and program governance across the customer experience services organization of a fast-growing digital banking SaaS platform. As a senior leader within the PMO, you will evolve implementation methodology toward a platform-level model, champion AI-enabled automation, and influence operational standards at scale. This is a remote role based in the US.

Responsibilities - Lead complex PMO transformation initiatives that improve operational scalability, governance maturity, and delivery effectiveness. - Champion an AI-first approach by reimagining program management processes around automation and workflow redesign. - Drive the shift from single-product implementation to a platform-level delivery model, redesigning frameworks, milestones, and stakeholder engagement. - Own project forecasting and capacity planning across the PMO portfolio, including resource modeling, demand planning, and pipeline visibility. - Establish and enhance governance frameworks, methodology evolution, and organizational change management efforts across client-facing teams. - Convert insights from retrospectives and customer feedback into action plans that improve delivery quality and customer experience.

Requirements - Significant experience leading complex program management or PMO initiatives in a SaaS, fintech, or digital banking environment. - Deep expertise in program governance, process modernization, workflow optimization, and AI-enabled automation. - Experience with portfolio governance, operational excellence, or enterprise process improvement methodologies. - Relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Prosci, Lean, or Six Sigma preferred. - Demonstrated ability to lead change management and influence senior stakeholders. - US work eligibility; visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Nice to have - Experience implementing AI-enabled productivity tools or workflow automation solutions. - Background supporting a transition from single-product to platform-based delivery models. - Experience mentoring project managers and PMO professionals.
