About this role

Role overview Strengthen the security posture of enterprise and cloud-native environments, with a dedicated focus on Identity and Access Management. This senior individual contributor role designs, builds, and operates IAM solutions, leads incident response efforts, and authors the policies, standards, and procedures that anchor the broader security program. The position is remote within the United States, with multiple openings available.

Responsibilities - Design, build, and operate IAM and Identity Governance and Administration capabilities across diverse platforms and cloud environments. - Lead security incident and issue response, including analysis, containment, mitigation, and remediation in cross-functional settings. - Use data and metrics to identify trends, prioritize improvements, and recommend security investments to stakeholders. - Author and maintain security documentation such as policies, standards, baselines, and standard operating procedures. - Partner with engineering, IT, and business teams to ensure security controls align with organizational requirements. - Contribute to data security operations and regulatory compliance initiatives, including automated program metrics.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, plus four years of experience as a security engineer across multiple disciplines in an enterprise environment. - Four years of experience in security posture management and three years of technical leadership balancing tactical fixes with long-term value. - Hands-on expertise with enterprise IAM systems, authentication and authorization protocols, and directory services. - Working knowledge of federated identity platforms such as Okta or Microsoft Entra ID. - Ability to support underlying infrastructure and debug issues within IGA tools such as Omada or Lumos. - Cloud proficiency in AWS, Azure, or GCP, and automation skills using Python, Terraform, or PowerShell.

Nice to have - Background in Data Security Operations, regulatory compliance, and building automated metrics for program effectiveness.
