Role overview
This executive role unifies client success, program management, and operational leadership for an enterprise software organization serving financial institution clients. The position owns end-to-end implementation outcomes, builds and scales multidisciplinary teams, and serves as the connective tissue between product, engineering, operations, and client-facing functions during large-scale rollouts.
Responsibilities
- Own the full client lifecycle from onboarding and implementation through adoption, renewal, and expansion, acting as executive sponsor for strategic accounts. - Build, mentor, and scale multidisciplinary client success, implementation, and operations teams with clear KPIs for engagement, retention, and advocacy. - Establish a standardized implementation methodology, governance structures, playbooks, and risk-mitigation frameworks to ensure consistent, high-quality enterprise delivery. - Translate strategic objectives into executable milestones, manage cross-departmental dependencies, and enforce timelines, budgets, and scope across competing priorities. - Drive capacity planning, staffing forecasts, hiring roadmaps, and budget management while maintaining transparent operational dashboards and executive reporting. - Partner with clients to align system adoption with organizational structures, processes, and cultural readiness, applying deep financial services expertise.
Requirements
- 10+ years in client success, program/project management, or operations leadership within enterprise SaaS or financial services, including 5+ years in executive roles. - Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end enterprise client implementations and industry transformation initiatives. - Deep knowledge of financial services and lending operations, such as commercial lending, structured finance, or asset-based lending. - Advanced proficiency in financial management, capacity planning, workload balancing, and resource forecasting. - Proven ability to build and scale multidisciplinary teams spanning product, engineering, operations, and client success. - Executive-level communication skills with experience producing health scores, ROI analyses, and transformation roadmaps.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with project management and analytics platforms such as Asana, Jira, or Monday. - MBA or similar advanced business credential. - Prior experience building a client success or implementation function from scratch. - Background operating in regulated environments including SOC 2, data privacy, security reviews, or audit support.
Benefits and work setup
Salary range is $170,000–$195,000 USD, commensurate with experience, skills, and location. The role is open to candidates authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not currently offered.
