Mobile Engineer (Flutter)

Role overview Build and own a mobile app that helps customers receive and act on safety alerts while working on site. You’ll shape the app’s features, performance, and usability in a lean, fast-moving team, working closely with product design, backend engineering, product management, and technical leadership.

Responsibilities - Develop and ship app features in Flutter, covering interfaces, application logic, and state management. - Turn design files into mobile experiences, raising usability concerns where a design needs adapting. - Improve app speed, reliability, and clarity for people who may be using it away from a desk. - Work with product and engineering colleagues to plan and deliver changes in short cycles. - Use AI development tools as a regular part of the engineering workflow.

Requirements - Strong practical experience building mobile applications with Flutter. - Confidence working independently from Figma designs and assessing how they translate to mobile. - Comfort taking ownership of work and making sound decisions with limited supervision. - Ability to work remotely within 2.5 hours of Singapore time.
