Implementation Manager

Role overview An Implementation Manager role on the front line of a Delivery department for a healthcare AI platform used across thousands of medical centers worldwide. The position owns customer onboarding, expansion, and upgrade projects end to end, leading all technical work with clients including integrations with third-party applications and new feature rollouts. It is the primary technical face of the R&D organization to each account.

Responsibilities - Lead and manage delivery projects that onboard new customers onto the platform and expand or upgrade existing ones, including planning and execution. - Serve as the key technical stakeholder during implementation, covering architecture discussions with customer IT teams across systems, networking, medical imaging, and interfaces, plus setup, troubleshooting, acceptance testing, and go-lives. - Build strong relationships with customer technical teams as the first point of contact for R&D. - Make data-driven conclusions to optimize the technical setup and performance of the solution. - Design creative product and feature offerings that combine platform capabilities with deep understanding of each customer. - Partner with the Product team on requirements and design, and collaborate closely with Customer Success and Sales.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical certifications. - At least four years of customer-facing or technical-operations experience working directly with customers in the US and EU markets. - Demonstrated experience in Healthcare IT, with an advantage for candidates who also know Radiology IT systems such as PACS, RIS, dictation systems, and EMR. - Proven ability to work with data and make data-driven decisions. - Structured thinking and a track record of driving technical projects to completion across initial and ongoing engagements. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Willingness to travel one to three days per month as needed.
