CVE & Application Security AI Task Auditor - Freelance AI Trainer Project

Role overview Contribute to the quality of AI training workflows as a freelance technical auditor specializing in CVE and Application Security. The work centers on reviewing task designs used to train and evaluate AI systems, verifying that they are technically rigorous, realistic, and accurately scored. This is a contract, fully remote engagement paid hourly.

Responsibilities

- Evaluate CVE and application security tasks for technical accuracy, realism, solvability, and reproducibility. - Confirm that tasks include reliable tests and clear evaluation criteria. - Identify security vulnerabilities, exploit-execution errors, or flawed mitigation logic within task content. - Provide actionable, written feedback to task authors on issues found. - Apply deep application-security judgment to assess vulnerability assessment, secure coding, and threat modeling scenarios.

Requirements

- Demonstrable professional experience and deep technical knowledge in application security. - Strong understanding of vulnerability assessment, secure coding practices, and threat modeling. - Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills for testing and troubleshooting complex technical scenarios. - Self-direction and the ability to deliver clear written feedback independently. - A secure computer and reliable high-speed internet connection (contractor-provided).

Benefits and work setup
