Role overview A healthy aging platform focused on Medicare members is hiring a part-time Bilingual Spanish Customer Experience Associate to drive outreach that increases enrollment and program completion. The associate will serve as a key point of contact, helping older adults engage with personalized exercise programs designed to prevent falls and improve mobility.
Responsibilities - Conduct high-volume daily outreach to new and existing members via phone, text, and email while answering inbound support tickets. - Complete assigned tickets each day and maintain greater than 80% weekly phone answer rate. - Act as a central hub for inbound questions about the platform and its offerings. - Maintain a customer satisfaction score of 92% or higher. - Serve as the voice connecting members with the broader organization, escalating issues as needed. - Report bugs with detailed descriptions and supporting data to the engineering team.
Requirements - One to three years of experience as a customer support representative. - Fluent bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with exceptional verbal and written communication in both. - Empathetic, active-listening approach with high levels of patience and a positive attitude. - Experience working with CRMs and customer service tools such as HubSpot and similar platforms. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage a high volume of work without sacrificing quality. - Ability to think critically, absorb new information quickly, and navigate multiple programs to resolve member issues. - Proficiency with computers and comfort learning new software tools.
Nice to have - Prior experience in a role involving direct daily interactions with older adults, such as senior living, fitness instruction, patient advocacy, or member-facing digital health work. - Familiarity with HubSpot, Insightly, Slack, or JustCall.
Benefits and work setup - Part-time remote position up to 29 hours per week, scheduled during 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific time. - Hourly compensation in the range of $24.00 to $26.00, depending on relevant and transferable experience. - Mission-driven environment focused on improving health outcomes for aging adults.
