Job details
About this role
Role overview A newly created in-house Brand Designer role embedded within a marketing team to own the visual identity of an AI platform serving the grocery industry. The designer will partner with marketing leadership and content strategists, owning format and visual execution while the broader team focuses on strategy and messaging. Work spans web, video, sales enablement, campaigns, and event collateral, with a strong emphasis on establishing how AI-assisted design tools are used across the company.
Responsibilities - Own visual brand execution across web design, video and case studies, sales enablement materials, campaign creative, and event or booth design. - Lead design end-to-end on major initiatives such as website updates, product launches, campaigns, and videos, from concept through production-ready files. - Build and maintain a scalable design system and templates so the wider team can stay on-brand between dedicated design projects. - Set the standard for how the organization uses AI-assisted design and creative tools so output feels intentional rather than generic. - Turn around time-sensitive requests in 24-48 hours for sales, events, and leadership without sacrificing quality. - Bring original concepts and a clear point of view to creative briefs rather than executing in isolation. - Manage multiple concurrent projects and shifting priorities independently, with minimal day-to-day oversight. - Plan and coordinate logistics for events, including booth design, materials, and scheduling.
Requirements - 7+ years of brand or graphic design experience spanning both agency and in-house work, with a track record of owning a brand end-to-end. - A strong portfolio demonstrating work across web design, video or motion (or case studies), presentation and sales decks, and print or event collateral. - Experience building and scaling brand or design systems that keep a fast-moving, growing team consistent. - Familiarity with AI design and creative tools, such as Midjourney or generative features in Figma and Adobe, with a strong point of view on using them responsibly. - Excellent communication and time management, with the ability to balance 24-48 hour turnarounds alongside longer-term projects. - Proficiency in Figma, Framer, and Google Workspace; video editing experience is a plus.
Nice to have - B2B technology or SaaS marketing experience.
Benefits and work setup - US salary range of $110,500-$149,500 plus meaningful early-stage equity and benefits. - Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and family, with most premiums covered, plus dedicated mental health and counseling support. - 401(k) program with a generous company match. - Home office stipend and coworking allowances for flexible workspace access. - Annual professional development budget for each employee. - Monthly stipends for wellness and lifestyle, and for telecommunications. - Flexible paid time off. - Remote work supported for employees residing in specified US states.
