Senior Software Engineer, Frontend (Auth Experiences)

Role overview

Responsibilities

- Own and deliver quarterly team goals, leading engineers through ambiguous, open-ended problems - Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics on ideation, trade-offs, and risk decisions - Proactively identify project, process, technology, or business issues and drive them to resolution - Support operations and availability through metrics, monitoring, escalation, and on-call rotations - Foster a culture of quality by setting or improving code review and design standards across the team - Develop team talent through feedback, mentorship, and leading by example

Requirements

- 4+ years of experience developing and architecting web applications using declarative UI frameworks like React or Vue - Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript - Experience defining technical plans for significant features with elegant, simple, and extensible designs - Track record of making safe, large-scale changes across a sizable codebase - Demonstrated ownership of personal growth through proactive feedback - Strong verbal and written communication for effective collaboration with a global engineering team
