Workday Business Solutions Analyst

Role overview

A People Technology team is hiring a Business Solutions Analyst to lead cross-functional, systems-driven initiatives across the HR technology portfolio. The role owns end-to-end delivery for defined projects, translates business needs into clear technical requirements, and drives adoption of new solutions. Workday serves as the core platform, with additional scope spanning Talent Acquisition systems and other HR tools.

Responsibilities

- Partner with stakeholders in HR, Talent Acquisition, and Finance to map current workflows, convert needs into clear and testable technical requirements, and document them precisely - Run the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and closure, to deliver on scope, time, and quality targets - Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across the People Technology stack while acting as a key partner to stakeholder groups such as Talent Acquisition - Build and maintain test scripts with full requirements traceability and produce concise user guides that support adoption - Deliver crisp status updates and launch communications that keep teams aligned on progress, decisions, and milestones - Provide hands-on configuration and troubleshooting support across the People Technology stack as needed, with attention to accuracy and auditability

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or an equivalent discipline - Five or more years of experience in a Systems Analyst, HRIS, or People Technology project management role - Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce comprehensive, precise, user-centric documentation efficiently - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills - Proficiency in Workday, with hands-on experience navigating its functionality as a heavy user

Nice to have

- Experience with other HR systems, particularly Talent Acquisition platforms - Hands-on Workday configuration experience

Benefits and work setup

- Base salary range of $88,000 to $138,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits - Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future visa sponsorship
