Responsibilities
- Design and execute the overall strategy for supporting developers, researchers, and enterprise teams working with adaptive AI - Build and run community spaces such as Discord servers and forums, triaging questions and translating feedback into actionable engineering issues - Recruit, onboard, and manage an ambassador program, providing resources, recognition, and ongoing support to community advocates - Plan and host meetups, hackathons, office hours, and live streams that reach new technical audiences - Partner with developer groups, universities, accelerators, and open-source projects to co-organize and amplify events - Create case studies, writeups, and guest talks that highlight user projects and design partners - Automate community operations so recurring tasks become more efficient over time - Collaborate with technical and marketing teams on cross-functional initiatives and feedback loops - Track relationships across the community, identifying interesting work and useful introductions
Requirements
- Two to three years of experience in a developer relations role with a track record of engaging technical users - Strong operations instincts, with experience building scalable processes from scratch and driving cross-functional initiatives to completion - Excellent written communication skills and active experience engaging communities on platforms like Discord and X - Proven success organizing developer events end-to-end, from small meetups to large hackathons - Genuine empathy for developers and curiosity about their projects - Energetic, outgoing personality comfortable being the first to say hello and following up over time - Adaptability, boldness with ideas, and a collaborative team mindset

- Experience recruiting or running ambassador or advocacy programs - Background contributing to open-source communities or developer education
