About this role
Role overview Lead product strategy and delivery for privacy-conscious data collaboration and the platforms that securely process and distribute client and partner data. The work spans clean-room implementations, data onboarding and identity workflows, analytics, measurement, and activation, balancing individual client needs with reusable capabilities that can scale across implementations.
Responsibilities - Own product roadmaps and priorities for clean-room solutions and data delivery platforms, aligning them with broader identity, data, and platform strategies. - Define requirements for ingesting, matching, enriching, analyzing, and activating data, including permissions, access controls, delivery methods, and success measures. - Work with clients and partners to design data flows and implementation plans, and guide solutions from planning through launch and ongoing improvement. - Establish repeatable implementation patterns, playbooks, and readiness criteria that reduce delivery time and make successful solutions reusable. - Partner with engineering and architecture to improve platform scalability, reliability, observability, performance, and cost efficiency; help modernize legacy delivery workflows. - Coordinate with privacy, legal, security, operations, sales, and delivery teams, and mentor product colleagues while leading across teams without direct authority.
Requirements - At least five years of product management or related experience, including ownership of complex data, platform, or enterprise technology products. - Experience leading multiple concurrent initiatives and managing client-facing implementations. - Strong understanding of data collaboration use cases such as audience creation, enrichment, activation, analytics, or measurement. - Ability to work closely with engineering, architecture, operations, privacy, legal, security, and commercial teams. - Strong strategic thinking, communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills, including the ability to influence cross-functional teams. - Experience defining and tracking product, operational, financial, or client-success measures.
Nice to have - Experience with clean-room providers, cloud data platforms, identity resolution, data matching, or secure data transfer. - Familiarity with cloud storage, database sharing, APIs, batch delivery, or platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, or GCP. - Knowledge of privacy controls, data governance, digital and offline activation, product packaging, or legacy platform modernization.
Benefits and work setup - Home-based role; candidates should be located in the Eastern or Central U.S. time zones. - Travel may be required up to 25%. - The position is not eligible for employment sponsorship.
