An Applied AI Research Engineer position focused on advancing and applying artificial intelligence techniques within a data and AI function. Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and evaluate applied AI models and components for real-world use cases - Collaborate with data and AI colleagues on research initiatives, experiments, and proofs of concept - Translate research findings into robust, production-ready implementations - Contribute to documentation, testing, and knowledge sharing across the team
Requirements
- Background in applied AI, machine learning, or a closely related engineering discipline - Hands-on programming ability with relevant languages and AI/ML tooling - Demonstrated experience moving from research concepts to working systems
Nice to have
- Experience working within cross-functional technology or data teams - Comfort operating in a remote, distributed working environment
