ServiceNow Nuvolo Integration Engineer

Role overview Integration Engineer role focused on end-to-end configuration, CMDB governance, and environment management across the ServiceNow ecosystem and a connected workplace platform used in federal environments. The position blends platform configuration with change control, release management, and technical documentation, serving as a subject matter expert across delivery teams.

Responsibilities - Configure and maintain applications across ServiceNow and a connected workplace platform, including CMDB data integrity - Manage Change Requests, configuration plans, and environment management processes - Maintain CI data and integration traceability across Jira, Confluence, GitHub, ServiceNow CMDB, and workplace modules - Support Agile and DevOps workflows, release management, and technical reviews - Coordinate with analysts, developers, system partners, and platform teams on integrations and documentation - Contribute subject matter expertise to customer-facing sessions and integration design reviews

Requirements - Minimum 5 years of IT experience, including at least 2 years in integration management covering traceability, change control, audits, documentation, and ITSM - Strong familiarity with ServiceNow integration concepts and lifecycle management - Experience with connected workplace modules or comparable enterprise asset/workplace management platforms - U.S. citizenship and at least 3 years of continuous U.S. residency
