SAP Integration Lead

Role overview Lead development across complex enterprise SAP projects, turning business and functional needs into technical designs and reliable solutions. You’ll coordinate multiple development teams, work closely with functional consultants and stakeholders, and guide delivery from planning through testing while keeping work aligned with broader business goals.

Responsibilities - Translate complex requirements into detailed SAP designs and programming specifications. - Assess solution options with functional consultants and stakeholders, and recommend an approach. - Document modifications and new development with diagrams, flowcharts, and logic specifications. - Direct day-to-day work across development teams, monitoring quality, standards, and timelines. - Support staffing, budgeting, forecasting, and work planning for development efforts. - Coach junior colleagues and improve team practices and capabilities.

Requirements - At least seven years of SAP development experience. - Extensive SAP project management experience and knowledge of SAP implementation practices. - Experience leading multiple development teams in a fast-paced environment. - Strong planning, resource allocation, and risk management skills. - Clear communication across technical, functional, and business groups. - U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain at least a Public Trust clearance.

Nice to have - Familiarity with structured enterprise delivery methods and practices. - Experience mentoring team members and aligning development work with business strategy.
