Pega Developer (LSA)

Role overview A hybrid Pega application developer and business analyst role supporting a federal government engagement. The position focuses on configuring Pega solutions, capturing functional requirements, and guiding users through implementation, testing, and ongoing performance improvements.

Responsibilities - Configure Pega applications including process models, business rules, and user interfaces. - Develop functional requirements for marketing campaigns and related business workflows. - Analyze, design, and support implementation of business-specific Pega solutions and frameworks. - Guide customers through user acceptance testing and business readiness activities. - Tune application performance and deliver well-documented, supportable, extensible Pega components. - Maintain and enhance existing developments built by consultants, partners, and clients. - Collaborate across business and technical workstreams to ensure alignment.

Requirements - Current Pega certification aligned with PCSA or CSSA expectations. - Hands-on experience configuring Pega solutions including rules, flows, UI, and integrations. - Demonstrated ability to gather requirements and translate them into functional designs. - Strong analytical skills with experience troubleshooting and improving application performance. - Effective communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work alongside both business and technical stakeholders.

Nice to have - Experience supporting user readiness, testing cycles, or enterprise deployments. - Familiarity with Pega solution frameworks and best practices. - Exposure to marketing automation, campaign management, or customer-journey workflows. - Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Benefits and work setup - U.S. Citizenship required and eligibility to obtain a government Public Trust Clearance. - Base pay range of $106,300 to $221,100 USD, depending on location, skills, and experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
