Enterprise AI Feature Engineer

Role overview

This position supports the deployment, integration, and ongoing operations of large-scale enterprise AI platforms within a federal services organization. The work centers on three primary platforms—Google Gemini for Gov, M365 Copilot, and ChatGPT Gov—and spans procurement, NIST security approvals, identity integration, logging, and operational readiness. The role blends hands-on technical execution with cross-functional collaboration to deliver secure, compliant AI applications aligned with federal standards.

Responsibilities

- Manage licensing processes and application configuration for enterprise AI platforms - Oversee feature enablement against FedRAMP-approved services - Identify and resolve technical issues and dependencies across the development lifecycle - Collaborate with team members to uphold coding standards, security protocols, and best practices - Contribute to documentation and knowledge-sharing efforts supporting operational readiness - Stay current on AI technologies and emerging industry practices

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree - US citizenship - Proven experience deploying and integrating enterprise AI platforms - Hands-on experience with at least one of: Google Gemini for Gov, M365 Copilot, or ChatGPT Gov - Familiarity with federal security frameworks such as NIST 800-171 - Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, identity management, secure system design, and programming or scripting for automation and integration tasks
