Enterprise AI Business Analyst

Role overview

An Enterprise AI Business Analyst opportunity supporting federal government clients through the rollout of generative AI platforms, including government-grade large language model offerings. The position blends business analysis, program governance, and technical integration, working in small, agile teams to translate stakeholder needs into actionable requirements and compliance-aligned deliverables.

Responsibilities

- Partner with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements and define success metrics for AI platform adoption. - Facilitate requirements workshops and lead structured user feedback collection that feeds continuous improvement cycles. - Maintain program alignment with federal compliance standards and security mandates such as NIST 800-171 and FedRAMP. - Coordinate procurement, operational approvals, and integration of identity management, single sign-on, logging, and monitoring capabilities. - Oversee testing, validation, and rollout activities, including onboarding and training of dedicated support resources. - Identify and manage cross-workstream risks, dependencies, and constraints, escalating critical issues and preparing contingency plans.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree. - U.S. citizenship. - Hands-on experience with at least one enterprise AI platform such as Google Gemini for Gov, M365 Copilot, or ChatGPT Gov. - Strong stakeholder management and business process engineering skills. - Track record managing complex technology integration programs in federal or highly regulated environments. - Working knowledge of AI platforms, cloud technologies, and compliance frameworks including FedRAMP and NIST.

Nice to have

- Familiarity with large language models and LLM cloud services. - Experience with Google Cloud Platform or other cloud services. - Background in supply chain systems and risk assessment. - Hands-on familiarity with cloud deployment environments.
