Role overview An Enterprise Onboarding Project Manager is needed to lead integration requirements across multiple concurrent client projects of varying complexity in the fitness software industry. The role serves as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle, balancing scope, timelines, quality, and risk while building strong relationships and driving satisfaction. Success means exceeding expectations and creating enthusiastic advocates during the onboarding experience for every new customer.
Responsibilities - Manage clients through the full onboarding process, defining roles and responsibilities and tracking project timelines through PM tools. - Take a leadership role in ensuring appropriate software and system solutions are delivered to clients and own successful resolution of onboarding projects. - Act as the client's advocate, take ownership of issues, and ensure clients fully utilize solutions to maximize value. - Educate and guide clients on platform features, deliver specialized training, and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities. - Manage and delegate client issues in collaboration with departmental leadership, using Salesforce or other CRM tools to track interactions. - Facilitate requirements discussions, capture business and financial needs, document integration requirements end-to-end, and develop accurate deployment schedules. - Direct conversion and onboarding activities in partnership with internal teams and software development, advocate for product enhancements, and deliver completion documentation to Customer Success.
Requirements - Demonstrated experience managing enterprise onboarding or implementation projects across multiple concurrent clients. - Strong attention to detail with the ability to balance project scope, timelines, quality, and risk. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including setting expectations and resolving complex issues with leadership support. - Experience facilitating requirements discussions and documenting integration or business needs. - Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce and standard project management tools for timeline tracking. - Ability to lead client training sessions both in person and virtually, and to provide reporting across financials, growth forecasting, production, marketing, and demographics. - Willingness to engage clients through regional meetings and events and submit expenses in a timely manner.
Nice to have - Experience supporting pre-sales efforts and activities for new prospects and customers. - Background in software, SaaS, fitness, or membership-based industries.
