Role overview
A leadership role owning the technology stack behind a learning platform's commercial engine, spanning CRM, marketing automation, customer success tooling, data enrichment, and AI. The position manages five senior individual contributors and partners as a peer with leaders across Data, Enablement, Security, Finance, and every commercial function. The mission is to act as a force multiplier for the business by making go-to-market faster, smarter, and more effective through systems and applied AI.
Responsibilities
- Own the internal AI operating model for GTM, including a skills library, agent evaluations, cost tracking, adoption, and ROI measurement - Direct the long-term design of the GTM stack, making build-versus-buy decisions across CRM, marketing automation, and CS tooling - Lead and coach five senior ICs across Salesforce, marketing and BDR systems, CS systems, and web operations, holding a high bar for documentation, testing, and deployment - Run vendor management end-to-end, including evaluations, quarterly keep-or-kill reviews, and renewals - Drive adoption and change management for new GTM capabilities across distributed teams - Ship AI agents that monitor business data and proactively reach people, with named business owners and outcome measures - Translate ambiguous business problems into prioritized, well-scoped solutions
Requirements
- Background leading senior technical ICs across systems, automation, or AI - Experience owning CRM, marketing automation, or customer success platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, or comparable tools - Ability to turn ambiguous business problems into reliable, scalable products and clear tradeoffs - Skills defining KPIs, running experiments, and measuring impact on pipeline, conversion, efficiency, and revenue - Comfort with executive communication, vendor evaluations, and ambiguous fast-moving environments - Fluent English at B2 level or equivalent
Benefits and work setup
Compensation includes base salary plus a variable component. Benefits cover a work-from-home allowance, social security, health insurance, unemployment insurance, common contingency, and a salary guarantee fund.
