Requirements - At least two years of software development experience, including building web applications with React and TypeScript. - Experience creating clear, maintainable frontend interfaces for complex products. - Understanding of how frontend choices affect performance, optimization, and scalability for large user populations. - Clear technical communication and effective cross-functional collaboration. - Thoughtful use of AI-assisted development tools, with an understanding of their capabilities and limits.
Nice to have - Experience with Rust or Go, full-stack development with a frontend focus, or composable design system components. - Background in security, administration, or device management products.
Benefits and work setup - Remote role available within the United States and Canada; occasional travel for in-person team or industry events may be part of the work. - Benefits include health coverage, parental leave top-ups, paid time off, retirement matching, equity for most employees, paid volunteer days, and a flexible remote-first environment.
