Senior Solution Consultant

Role overview Join a senior consulting team supporting customers through the full lifecycle of endpoint and network security systems, with a primary emphasis on Network Detection and Response. The role combines hands-on technical delivery, customer advisory work, and cross-functional coordination across multiple enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities - Plan, deploy, migrate, operate, and sustain endpoint and network security systems, including third-party technologies, with a focus on NDR capabilities. - Build technical project plans, schedules, test plans, deployment plans, and migration plans that evolve customer environments to next-generation capabilities. - Act as a cybersecurity subject-matter expert, advising customers on threat detection, incident analysis, and defensive design. - Coordinate issue resolution with customer success managers, technical support engineers, and professional services management. - Author technical documentation and briefings, and lead or contribute to delivery workstreams across multiple customer engagements.

Requirements - Significant experience operating in large-scale cyber defense environments, including incident analysis and development of defensive capabilities. - Proven background designing and implementing security solutions across complex enterprise estates. - Demonstrated ability to manage customer experience end-to-end and build durable stakeholder relationships. - Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and customer briefings. - Comfort working onsite at customer locations as required and coordinating across diverse stakeholder groups.
