Looking for a 3D designer to create nightclub floor plan models. The models should not be too detailed to ensure quick loading in a React Native mobile app using React-Three Fiber. Budget is tight for this self-funded MVP, but there is potential for 10+ similar maps if the first one works well. Requires a mobile-optimized GLTF/GLB model.
